Crunch-Topped Apple Crisp

1 cup melted butter
1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 cup brown sugar
12 apples, chopped 1-1/2 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cinnamon and white sugar. Mix with chopped apples. Layer apples in a 9″x13″ pan. Using the same bowl, stir together the cake mix, brown sugar and oatmeal. Pour the melted butter into the bowl and stir with dry ingredients. Spoon mixture over apples and bake for 45 minutes to one hour.
