Thank you for such a fun day at the orchard! The variety of events was enjoyable and kept the kids interested and involved. Everywhere I turned, I was surprised and pleased w/ what I saw. Great decor and great fun!

You are going to want a harder apple that will keep its shape better. I would say cook with a Wealthy or Haralred. You wouldnt want to soft of an apple like Red Baron.

Directions indicate sugar in the recipe, but there it is not listed in the recipe at all. Can you look into this and correct. Thanks

What a great time we are having out at the orchard! Kids are in their costumes. We are also playing lots of games, Pumpkin bowling, painting pumpkins and bobbing for apples. Please come out and join in the celebration games start at 11am to 3pm Satuday and Sunday.

We have many special events planned for this weekend. There will be a showing of classic cars on Saturday. We also have horse drawn plowing demonstrations on Sat. The pony rides will be here Sat & Sun. Come have a bowl of soup or a walking taco & apple crisp at the lunch stand. Don’t forget to bring some old clothes to build a scarecrow in the straw stack. He or she can sit on your front steps along with the special pumpkins your family picked in the pumpkin patch.

Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! County road 8 is OPEN. Drive carefully as there is still a little water on one side of the road.

Come spend a little time with us. Sit a spell on the front porch & enjoy a rich gooey caramel apple.
